Technology leadership team reviewing enterprise architecture

How we work

Advise. Architect. Connect. Transform. Operate.

A single engagement model that takes an organisation from an unclear estate to a governed, operated architecture — with the option to stop, or to bring another partner in, at any stage.

Engagement model

Five stages, each with defined outputs

Stages can be entered at any point. Most organisations start at Advise or Architect; some engage only for Operate.

01

Advise

We establish the baseline: current estate, contracts, dependencies, risk and the business outcomes the technology has to support. Findings are documented and owned by you.

  • Technical audit
  • Risk and resilience assessment
  • Commercial exposure review
02

Architect

Target-state architecture across network, cloud and communications, with HLD and LLD to a standard delivery partners can build from, and a design authority that governs decisions.

  • Target-state architecture
  • HLD / LLD
  • Migration strategy
03

Connect

We assemble the underlying access, transit and interconnect from the carriers and platforms that fit each location, procured on your commercial terms.

  • Carrier selection
  • Delivery governance
  • Diversity assurance
04

Transform

Migration executed in reversible waves with tested runbooks, defined rollback positions and stakeholder communication at each gate.

  • Wave plans
  • Cutover runbooks
  • Acceptance criteria
05

Operate

Transition into a managed service with proactive monitoring, single-point incident ownership and a quarterly optimisation cycle against the architecture.

  • Service design
  • Reporting model
  • Optimisation cadence

Principles

How we make decisions

Independent by default

We are not tied to a single carrier or platform. Recommendations are made against your requirements, and the commercial arrangement is transparent.

Design before procurement

Requirements and architecture are agreed before a tender is issued. It changes what you buy, and what you pay for it.

Documentation you own

Every engagement produces artefacts your organisation retains — including the ones that would make it easy to replace us.

Operability is a design input

If a design cannot be monitored, supported and changed safely, it is not finished. Run-state is considered from the first workshop.

Next step

Start with a conversation, not a quote

Book a discovery workshop with a solutions consultant. We will review your current estate, target architecture and commercial constraints before recommending anything.
